「〜ばっかり」は to be full of X や to have only X という英語で表現します。
「ばか」は名詞で、 an idiot, idiots と言います。
to be full of の言い方にすれば、 this company is full of idiots
to have only の方は、 this company has only idiots と言います。
1) This company is full of fools!
「この会社はバカばっかり！」
「バカばっかり」は full of fools と言えます。
