中身は別のものが入っているの？って英語でなんて言うの？

空きビンに、別のものを詰めることってありますよね。
手渡されたビンのラベルと、言われた中身の説明が違って、ん？と思った時に、

中身は(最初とは)別のものが入っているの？
と聞きたいです。

“Stuff”は会話っぽい
Stuffは物です。色んな時で使える。

入ってる - inside of ~~ 
ピンに入ってる - inside the glass
缶に入ってる - inside the can 

別 - different, changed 
別のもの - different things, different “stuff”
