Cold!

Freezing!!
That's cold!" とか、”Man, it's cold!”

You made me jump!
When people 'Jump' as a reaction if they come in contact with something very cold, they may say: "It made me jump."
It made me jump!

God! Oh, man!!

It's sooo... cooold.

You idiot! I hate you.
It's sooo... cooold. - You tremble (or shake) when it's cold, so if you were to touch something cold, you would say "It's so cold," but with a shaky voice.
You idiot! I hate you. - if cold water was thrown on you as a sort of prank, you might say bad things about the prankster, but in a light-hearted way... this is not meant to say that you hate the other person.
e.g.
A. Where'd you get that jacket?
B. Nordstrom's.
A. I hate you; it's gorge! So cute.
A. *slaps B in the head*
B. You idiot! Oh, I am soooo going to pay you back for that prank! It's not funny...
例文
It's sooo... cooold.
You idiot! I hate you.
A. Where'd you get that jacket?
B. Nordstrom's.
A. I hate you; it's gorge! So cute.
A. *slaps B in the head*
B. You idiot! Oh, I am soooo going to pay you back for that prank! It's not funny...

Urgh! that is freezing...your making me shiver!

You gave me a shock and made me shudder!
Cold is a strongly expressed feeling...
Considered rather unpleasant and not at all desirable.
URGH! that is FREEZING!
ARGH! ( onomatopoeia) your making my teeth chatter!
"Urgh! that is freezing!"
"Argh!(擬音語) your making my teeth chatter!"

It’s cold tonight.
He was cold and reserved when I first met him.
It will be cool afternoon.
He’s so cool!
Tomorrow will be chilly too.
I got a chilly reception.
