紹介文って英語でなんて言うの？

「紹介文」は「introduction」で大丈夫だと思います。

発表の紹介文を書かないといけません。

「Introduction」の品詞は名詞で、日本語だと「紹介」という意味も持っています。
連語で「to give an introduction」といいます。

形容詞で「introductory」もあります。「Introductory」は「紹介の」、「前置きの」、「入門的な」という意味を持っている言葉です。

自己紹介であれば self-introduction ということもできます。

こちらの名詞化が introduction になります。
