「組織変更」は英語でorganizational changeやstructural changeやreorganizationなどと言えます。英語で「組織」の意味はorganizationかstructureで、「変更」の意味はchangeです。ですから、organizational changeとstructural changeという言い方ができます。reorganizationは「立て直し」、「改組」、「再編」などの意味があります。
