がっかりって英語でなんて言うの？

私も同じ経験をしました。店員の態度って大事ですよね。

Dissapointed は 「がっかり」、unsatisfied は 「満足していない」という意味です。
このケースだと disappointed のほうが しっくりきます。

例えば:
I went to a restaraunt with good reviews but was very dissapointed because of the bad attitude of the waiter.
(口コミの評価が高いレストランに行きましたが、ウエーターの悪い態度で とても がっかりした)。

または、
I went to a restaraunt with good ratings, but I was very unsatisfied with the service.
