1) I have experienced a natural disaster.
「私は被災経験がある。」
のように言えなくはないですが、少し固い感じになります。

「2011年の東北地方太平洋沖地震が起こった時に福島に住んでいた。」
このように言った方が自然な感じになり良いと思います。
