今の仕事って英語でなんて言うの？

英語に訳せば、今の仕事とか、今の会社は、今のパソコンはとか、「今の～は」は二つの言い方は存在します。

1. My current ○○.

My current job. (今の仕事）
My current company.　（今の会社）
My current computer.（今のパソコン）

2. The ○○ that I have right now.

The job that I have right now. (今の仕事）
The company I am in right now. (今の会社）
The computer that I have right now. (今のパソコン）

current = 現在の
right now = 今現在

日本語の仕事は直訳すると「job」になるのですが、アメリカ人は同じように「job」を使いません。「I work」の方を使います。

My job is a nurse (??)
I work as a nurse (O)

Jobを言う時、仕事の役ではなく勤めている会社を言います。
My job is at a hospital.
I work as a nurse

基本的な言い方が３つあります。

一番言いやすいのはMy job nowまたはI work nowです。

My job now is at a construction company
I work now in construction.
今の仕事は建設の会社です。

もうちょっと丁寧な言い方は
My current jobです

My current job is at a construction company.
I currently work at a construction company.

他の自然な言い方は
The job I have nowです
The job I have now is at a hospital.

My current job
My current company
など”Current”は「今の〜」という意味で使われます。

少し似たような表現で”Latest〜”がありますが、
こちらは「最新の〜」という意味です。
（今に至る最後の）というニュアンスから来ていますが、主には
物に対して使います。
The latest smartphone model.
The latest fashion trend
