「ピアス」は実は和製英語です。英語でpierce ピアス は動詞で「突き刺す」という意味です。
アクセサリーの「ピアス」は 英語では earrings(イヤリングス)です。
そして ピアスは２つですので、a pair (ペア=２つ合わせて1組)と呼んでもオッケーです。
