結構長い表現なので気を付けて下さい。

この分の中でいろいろな部分がありますから、実は順番を変える事が出来ます。変えても意味が一緒ですが、ニュアンスが変わる可能性もあります。

例えば：

When I was a university student, there was a cafe that I really liked close to the house in which I lived.

There was a cafe that I really liked close to the house in which I lived when I was a university student.

Close to the house in which I lived when I was a university student, there was a cafe I really liked.

全ての言い方は文法的に当てるしネイティブに通じます。

（例文）When I was a university student, there was a cafe that I really liked near my house. I went there every Friday.
（訳）自分が大学時代に住んでた家の近くに大好きなカフェがあった。毎週金曜日に行ってました。
