言っていることはわかるけど意味はわからないって英語でなんて言うの？
言葉としてはわかっても、理解ができない場合、例えば形容詞が多すぎてぼんやりしているとか、背景を知らないから理解できないとか、そういう場合にいいたいです。I know/understand what you mean とかだと、意味や意図を理解したことになりそうなので質問しました。

どちらも「言っていることはなんとなくわかるんだけど、完全に理解してるかどうかと言われればそうではない。」というニュアンスになります。
