アメリカなどでは「recommended」(推奨された)を使い「推奨年齢」と書かれてるのが多いですね。「対象年齢」をそのまま訳すなら「target age」になります。他にも「提案された提案する」の意訳で「suggested」をも使えるかと

・The recommended age for this toy is 6 years old and above(この玩具の対象/推奨年齢は六歳から上です。)
