とりあえず「いただいた情報」を英語にします。それは "the information that you gave me" です。that はよく省略されるから "the information you gave me" も言えます。
「をもとに」は英語で「ベースにして」と言う感覚があるので、英語でいうと、based on + 名詞 と言います。
based on につける名詞は "the information that you gave me" になりますので、
「いただいた情報をもとに」は based on the information you gave me と言います。
いただいた情報をもとに仮のWebページを作成してみました。
= I made a web page based on the information that you gave me.
他のアンカーの方も挙げていますが、「～を基に」という意味だと、based onが一番よく使いますね(*^_^*)
