There is a lowball glass of whisky on the table.
misatoさんの分ですと少し不自然な言い方になってしまいます。
a drink とするより a glass of ... と言った方が自然な言い方になりますよ。
あと「ロックグラス」は rocks glass でも間違いではないですが、lowball glass の方がよく使われている気がします。
1) There is a lowball grass on the table with a drink in it.
「テーブルの上に飲み物が入ったロックグラスがある。」
2) There is a lowball glass of whisky on the table.
「テーブルの上にロックグラスに入った一杯のウィスキーがある。」
