フリーマーケットの正しい英語は flea market です。よく日本人はフリー＝freeと勘違いしますね。まずこれを覚えておいていただきたいです。
〜の方が安い、と言いたい時は 〜is cheaper than と言います。

（お店でよりもフリマでの方が安く買えます。）
It's cheaper to get it at the flea market than the store.
(お店よりもフリマで買った方が安いです。）
若干二つの例は違いますが、意味は変わらないのでどちらでも使えます。
