"celebration"と"felicity"の主な違いは、前者が「祝賀、式典、お祝い」というイベントとしてとらえられ、後者の方が、より日本文化的な「お慶び事」の感じを出せるのではないかということです。
ちなみに「出産」は他にも"birth" "delivery"とも表現されることもあります。
