ならばしょうがないねって英語でなんて言うの？

この「ならば」は if that's the case を使って表現するのが一番近いかなと思います。

1) If that's the case, I guess you won't be able to come.
「それなら来れないよね。」

2) If you have a cold, you probably can't make it then.
「風邪ならば多分来れないよね。」
if を使っても表現できます。
have a cold で「風邪を引いている」
can't make it で「間に合わない・都合がつかない」
