遅れてって英語でなんて言うの？

パーティーに誘われたのですが、遅れて行くねということを言いたいです。英語で「遅れて」って何ていうの？

時間に遅れてしまう場合は late をよく使って言います。
late…〜に遅れて・遅刻した

例）
I'll be there but I'll be a little late getting there.
「行くけどちょっと遅れてしまいます。」
be a little late で「少し遅れる」

I can make it but I don't think I will be there on time. 
「行けますが時間通りには行けないと思います。」
on time は時間通りに・定刻にと言う意味なので
I will be there on time なら「時間通りにそこにいきます」
I don't think I will be there on time なら「時間通りにそこに行けないと思います」です。
