Let's clean your bum bum.
Let's get your bottom all cleaned up.
Let's change your diaper.
「おしりが汚いよ。ズボン洗わないとね。」
You have dirt all over your bum. I better wash your pants.

None of these recommendations should be used to talk to adults, they will make you sound childish or unusual. But all of these words refer to your gluteus maximus.
Ex) You fell and hit your bootie
Sit on your bottom.
There are many other words for that part of the body, some can be seen as offensive but 'bum' or 'bottom' are universally neutral and age-appropriate for a baby/small child.
Common sentences said to young children could include:
Let's clean your bum.
Did you fall on your bum?
Did that hurt your bottom?
You have dirt on your bottom.
We call our butt (which is an American word) a bum or bottom. Tp a baby we would shorten the word into baby speak and call it a bottie (bottom) or just 'bum' which is a short word anyway.
You landed on your bum - this is something we would say to a baby that is learning to walk and fell onto its butt.
You landed on your bottie - as above.
Adults, who want to be polite would call it a 'backside'.
e.g. I have sat on my backside all day reading a book.
Hope this helps

Bum
Bottom
Bottie
The word for bottom in baby talk is probably one of these three, although I can't really remember personally, However, having said that, I think that, 'bottie,' is what a baby would most likely say because it is easy to pronounce and curved because of the, '-ie' at the end.
I hope this helps.
Have a great day.

"'Bum"' is a very casual word for your rear end. Friends
and family use this word often among each other.
Example: My baby fell on his bum.
Another term is "bottom" which is preferred in
more polite conversation.
Example: I have to clean his bottom.
Other synonyms are: rear, rump, rear end, backside, seat.
Example: My backside is numb from sitting all day.
Here are three of the most common, "baby words," or, "baby talk," that we could use to refer to the butt of a baby or if we are saying the word butt to a baby or child. The most common that I would use would be the word, "bottom," but the words, "bum," or, "bootie," would also be appropriate or acceptable.
