ひも状のものが絡まったりする時には be wrapped around や be caught を使って言うと良いです。

ー Be careful, the hose from the shower head is wrapped around your foot.
「気をつけて、シャワーホースが足に絡んでるよ。」
be wrapped around で「絡まる」

ー Be careful, the hose from the shower is caught on your foot.
「気をつけて、シャワーホースが足に引っ掛かってるよ。」
be caught で「引っ掛かる」

シャワーのホースは the hose from the shower (head) (直訳するとシャワー(ヘッド)からのホースとなります）
