good manners = 良いマナー、礼儀正しい
eat with the dishes on the table = テーブルに食器をおいたまま食べる

（韓国では食べている間はお皿をテーブルにおいたまま食べるべき）
supposed to = そうするべき、そうなるべき
leave the plates on the table = お皿をテーブルにおいたまま

ちなみに日本のように「食器を持って食べる」と言うには：eat while holding the dish のようになります。しかし dish だたお皿のイメージがあるのでお茶碗とかであれば bowl です。
