「今になってまだ私の事が好きなの？」
after all this time「今になって」
ーIt's been so many years, how can you still like me?
「あれから何年も経ったのに、どうして私のことが好きで入れるの？」
it's been so many years「何年も経った」という意味。
how can you ...? 「どうして... できるの？」
