1) I wish this cold of mine would get better soon.
get better で「病気が良くなる・体調が良くなる」
2) I hope I can beat this cold soon.
beat this cold で「この風邪に打ち勝つ」
3) I hope I get over this cold soon.
get over で「(病気などから）回復する」
