international = 国際
relationships = 人間関係、恋愛関係（主に「人間関係」ですが、in a relationship with 〜 というと、誰かと特別な関係の中にいる、という意味です。文脈からたいていは恋愛関係の話なのかわかります）
international relationship というと「国際的な人間関係」とも解釈できますが、「国の違うもの同士の恋愛関係」という風に文脈から理解することもできます。どうぞご参考に。
