普段、「ボケる」は「act dumb」とか「play the fool」と訳せますが、このような「漫才コンビ」のやり取りの中での「ボケる」は、「play the foil」を使うといいです。[Play the foil (to)]又は「be the foil to」と言うのは、相手との違いをはっきり見せることで、相手のことをよく見せるという意味ですが、まさに漫才コンビの「ボケ役」を指します。

I want to make a joke here, so could you be my foil, please?
I'll make a joke here, so play the foil, OK?
I'll make a gag here, so act dumb, OK?
