「[明日](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/36265/)以降」を訳すとき、勘違いされないように表現を選ばないと行けません。
まず、一つの言い方は「tomorrow or later」です。
これは「明日」も含んでいる表現です。
明日電話してもらってもいいし、[明後日](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/31698/)、明明後日でもいいという意味になります。
もう一つは「after tomorrow」です。
ただ、これは「明日」を含んでいません。
直訳すると「明日の後」になります。
「明日が過ぎたら電話して下さい」ということで、明日ではなくて、明後日、明明後日電話をして下さいということになります。

明日か明日以降もう一度お電話して頂きますようにお願いしてもいいですか。

明日以降（明日は含んでいない）もう一度お電話していただけますか。
「[明日](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/36265/)以降」は after tomorrow と言えます。
「以降」には since という単語もありますが、これは「〜して[以来](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/64932/)」という意味の「以降」なので、この場合は使えません。
The person in charge is not in the office today. Could you please call back after tomorrow?
「担当者が今日は不在なので、明日以降お電話をいただけますか？」
または anytime after tomorrow 「明日以降いつでも」を使って
Could I ask you to call back anytime after tomorrow?
「明日以降お電話をいただけますか？」
のようにも言えます。
after ... = 〜の後
tomorrow = 明日
call back = 電話をかけ直す
