日本語の「より弁」みたいに便利な言葉が英語にもあると良いのですが、残念ながら英語にそれをさす言葉はありません。「滑る」という意味のある slide を使って言うのが良いでしょう。お弁当の中身が片側にズズッと滑ってよってしまうニュアンスですね。
