「ここに〜なかったっけ？」というには Didn't we have 〜 here? とか Wasn't there 〜 here? と言います。醤油はちなみに英語では soy sauce と言いますので、 Didn't we have soy sauce here? か Wasn't there soy sauce here? と言います。
あとは別の言い方にはなりますが Isn't this where we usually keep the soy sauce? （ここが普段醤油を置いてる場所だよね？）ともいえます。
Where did the soy sauce go? I thought we had a bottle here.
この場合、次のような言い方ができますよ。
ーI thought we had some soy sauce here.
「ここに醤油があったと思ったけど」
ーWhere did the soy sauce go? I thought we had a bottle here.
「醤油どこいった？ここにボトルがあったと思ったけど」
