already = もう、すでに
You already told me that before は「もう前にも君にそれを言われたよ」です。
You said the same thing to me before ですと「君は私に前にも同じことを言ったよ」となります。
I heard that from you already だと「もうそれは君から聞いたよ」という意味です。
