「この間」は状況によって変わったりします。
About A (which) I mentioned last time is 〜〜〜
前回私が話題にしたAについてですが、〜〜〜です。
直訳に近づけるためにこう書きましたが、個人的には会話の流れでは以下のように言う方が自然だと思います。
Do you remember I told you about A last week? Yeah, about that....
先週Aについて君に話したの覚えてる？ そう、それなんだけどさ…
I just told you about A yesterday, but they changed their plan now.
昨日あなたにAのこと話したばかりなんけどさ、彼ら予定を変えたらしい。
they は行事を運営している「学校側の人たち」を指しています。
The school event (A) I was talking about the other day, actually got postponed.
この場合、次のような言い方ができますよ。
ーThe school event (A) I was talking about the other day, actually got postponed.
「この前話していた学校の行事だけど、実は延期になったんだよ」
「この間話したAの事なんだけど、実は…」は、A I was talking about the other day, actually .... を使って表現できます。
