新人は Rookie と言います。
「賞」は英語で award と言います。Rookie award だけでも良いですが、よくグラミー賞とかでもあるのが Rookie of the Year Award というもので、その年の新人賞というものです。
毎年ある賞であれば Rookie of the Year Award です。
毎月とかであれば of the month となります。
例：
会社の営業部門で新人賞を獲得することができて光栄だった。
I felt honored to receive the Rookie of the Year Award in my company's sales department.
