新人は Rookie と言います。
「賞」は英語で award と言います。Rookie award だけでも良いですが、よくグラミー賞とかでもあるのが Rookie of the Year Award というもので、その年の新人賞というものです。
毎年ある賞であれば Rookie of the Year Award です。
