hearing=聴力, 聴覚

He lost his hearing when he was three years old.→彼は3歳の時に聴力を失いました。

I lost my hearing in one ear when I was three.→私は3歳の時に片耳の聴力を失いました。

She lost almost all the hearing in her right ear.→

He lost most of the hearing in both ears.→

He lost his hearing in his right ear.→

In English, you can say that a person is going deaf when they are losing their hearing, but they have not lost it completely. For example, if you can still hear some sound but you keep asking people to repeat themselves every time they speak, this would be considered "going deaf". You can think of the word "going" as in, going towards being deaf.

I am losing my ability to hear.

An ability means you are able to do something or have the control to do something. If you are losing your ability to hear, that means that you have no control over it and that you are simply losing your hearing.

I am hearing-impaired

If you are hearing-impaired, that means you are partially deaf. If you are partially deaf, it just means that you can hear to an extent. It usually can also mean that you are slowly losing your hearing until you become completely deaf. By saying this, you are simply saying that you are becoming deaf.

I think I am going deaf

If you are deaf, that means that you cannot hear at all. So by saying this, you are just saying that you think you are going to lose all of your hearing.
I am losing my ability to hear.(耳が聞こえなくなってきている)

to lose one's ability to hear" で「聞くことができなくなる」、「聴力を失う」となります。

I am hearing-impaired(耳に障害があります)

I think I am going deaf(耳が聞こえなくなってきている)
