ドラマのロケ地めぐりをしてます。ドラマで使われた、喫茶店の場所に行きました。最初、その店の建物の外観だけ使われて、店内のシーンは、別の場所が使われてると思ってたが、どうやらそのドラマで映っていた店内のシーンもここが使われていたそうです。
｢外観だけじゃなくて、中（店内のシーン）もここだったの？｣
"Was the inside also used ?" で通じますか。
I didn't know they also filmed inside the building.
Did they also film inside the building?/Did they film inside the building as well as outside?
Did they use the set inside of the building too?
"外観だけじゃなくて中も使われてたの？は、

と言えます。
店のスタッフの方に質問するなら以下のような表現が使えます。
「Did they also film inside the building?」
「Did they film inside the building as well as outside?」
「Did they use the set inside of the building too?」
"Was the inside also used ?"はもしも既にその会話をしているなら伝わると思います。
"Was the inside also used during filming?"としてもOKです。

２文目は、文法的には正確ではないので話し言葉限定ですが、本当に質問しているわけではないので倒置が起きていない状態です。Did they film inside the shop as well？ というと「（撮影隊は）店の中も撮影したの？」と質問していることになります。
