担々麺って英語でなんて言うの？

担々麺はそのまま Tantanmen と言います。英単語はありません。「麺」だけは英語で noodle というので Tantan noodle と言っても良いです。どのような食べ物なのか説明が必要な場合は、Tantanmen is a noodle dish with a sauce made from sesame paste and chili oil （「担々麺はごまペーストと唐辛子の油でできたソースを使った麺の料理です」）と説明すると良いです。「辛い」という説明もしたければ tantanmen is a spicy noodle dish 「担々麺は辛い麺料理です」となります。「ラーメンに似ている」というなら It's similar to ramen と言えます。どうぞご参考に。
