直訳は「price negotiation」ですが（その動詞は「negotiate the price」となります）、実際は場合によっては専門用語に聞こえるため、下記のより簡単で、自然な言い方をお勧めします。特に上の場面を英語で表現したい場合は、ぴったりです。
- I'm not very good at bargaining when the price is unreasonable. I think I need to work on that.
- I should really learn how to bargain...
--- to work on something = 改良、改善する
お好みに合わせて使い分けてみてください。
