英語で "trending problems" は現在の良くある問題です。
一つだけの問題なら "a trending problem" です。
「問題」とは "problems" もしくはもっと硬い表現の "issues" と言います。
「傾向」が "trend" で「傾向的」は "trending" になります。
例えば:
IT業界で傾向的問題です。
It's a trending problem in the IT world.
This problem is more likely to come up in the factory.
It is more likely to happen ~
1) ‘この問題はこの現場で持ち上がってくる傾向が強い‘
is more likely to ~ ~ する傾向が強い、可能性が高い、しがちである
come up 持ち上がる、わきあがる、(表面に)出てくる
問題 problem の他、issue という表現もあります
2) ’〜が起こり得る傾向がある、可能性が高い‘
