以前にもって英語でなんて言うの？

この場合の「以前にも」は before や in the past を使って言うと良いでしょう。

例文で見てみましょう。
I think I've heard that before.
「それは以前に聞いたことがあると思う。」
I think someone has told me that in the past.
「以前に誰かから聞いたことがあると思う。」

I think I've told you that before.
「以前に話したことがあると思う。」
I think I mentioned that to you in the past.
「以前に言及したことがあると思う。」
