正確に言えば、「これが豆乳だって誰かが言った場合のみ私はわかっただろう」という感じですが、英語だとこのような言い方になります。

「これが豆乳だと言われたとしてもわからない」
I can't tell は直訳すると「言えない」ですが、I can't tell if this is cow milk or soy milk のような使い方だと「これが牛乳か豆乳かわからない」という感じで、「わからない」という意味になります。例えば、Can you tell that my eye is swollen? というと「私の目が腫れてるのわかる？」と言います。
