1.) Please prepare the change. (お釣りを準備してください) 「お釣り」は今回英語でchangeと訳せます。Changeは銭というニュアンスがあります。
「準備」は英語でpreparationと訳せます。動詞の場合は「準備する」が英語でto prepareと訳せます。
「ください」は普通に英語でpleaseと訳せます。
例えば、
Since I'll pay with large bills please prepare the change. (大きいお金で払うのでお釣りを準備してきてください)
I only have big notes so please have the change ready for me.
I don't have the exact amount so please have the change for me.
"Change"=お釣り
"Please have ~ ready."＝「～を準備してください」
"I only have big notes so please have the change ready for me"＝「大きいお金しかないので（私のために）お釣りの準備をお願いします。」
"I only have~"＝「～しかないので」
"big notes"＝「大きいお金（お札）」
"Please have the change ready"だと命令形になりがちなので、デリバリーの方にお釣りの準備を頼む場合は"for me"を足して、「お願いします」というニュアンスの言い方の方がいいでしょう。
"I don't have the exact amount so please have the change for me."=「ちょうどのお金がないのでお釣りの準備をお願いします。」
"exact money"＝「ちょうどのお金」
"exact change"=「ちょうどのお釣り・小銭」とも言います。
