喫煙所はだいたい「Smoking Area」です。
喫煙場の看板は多分「Designated Smoking Area」（指定喫煙場）が書いてあるかもしれません。
ですか喫煙場の場所を聞きたい時に、
Where is the smoking area?
と聞きます。
でもさらに簡単に聞くこともできます。
Where can I smoke?
どこでタバコを吸ってもいいですか？

Designated Smoking Area - This is used all over the world. You can hear it in airports, bus stations, shopping malls etc. I would say it is the most professional. You can say "Please use the designated smoking areas".
Smoking permitted in this area. - not as professional as the Designated Smoking Area but still means the same.
Designated Smoking Area -これは世界中で使用されています。 空港、バスステーション、ショッピングモールなどで聞くことができます。私はそれが最もプロフェッショナルであると言います。 "Please use the designated smoking areas".「指定された喫煙場所を使用してください」と言うことができます。
Smoking permitted in this area. - 指定喫煙エリアほど専門的ではありませんが、それでも同じ意味があります。
Smoking room / Smoking lounge
These are rooms in buildings that are designated and furnished for smoking.
Not all buildings have smoking rooms.
If you are certain that it has one you may ask where the smoking room or lounge is
Example:
A: Where is your smoking room?
B: It's on the first floor.
A: Does your building have a smoking lounge?
B: Yes
A: Could you show me where it is?

Smoking area
This is a more general term
A smoking area can either be a room or a designated space outside of the building.
Example
A: Where is your smoking area?
B: We have a smoking room two doors down
A: Where is your smoking area?
B: It's outside towards the back of the building.

建物内に用意されたタバコを吸うための施設
すべての建物に喫煙所があるわけではありません。
もし、あなたが喫煙所があることを知っているならばこのように尋ねることができます。
例:
A: Where is your smoking room?喫煙所はどこですか？
B: It's on the first floor. 1階にあります
A: Does your building have a smoking lounge?この建物に喫煙所はありますか？
B: Yesございます。

Smoking area喫煙所
もっと一般的な表現です。smoking area は建物内か建物の外に作られたタバコを吸うための施設です。
例
A: Where is your smoking area?喫煙所はどこですか？
B: We have a smoking room two doors down２つ隣の部屋にありますよ。
A: Where is your smoking area?
B: It's outside towards the back of the building.
The first two sentences are simple ways to ask if there is a place you can smoke in the building.
The third sentence is a more casual way to ask this, use this with your friends rather than your boss or seniors.
smoking area - a designated area in which smoking is permitted
non-smoking - a place in which smoking tobacco is not permitted

1. Most establishments have a room or outside area where people may smoke. You are asking precisely about that.
2. You want to know the location of the smoking area.
3. You are asking advice about where to go because you want to smoke.
Above i have mentioned a few examples on how to ask where the smoking area is .
For example -
- Hi , could you please show me where the smoking area is ?
Hi, where's the smoking area ?
Hi' where can i smoke?
Hi, i would like to have a smoke ,where's the smoking area ?

A designated smoking area, and an area reserved for smoking mean the same thing.
Smoking in most buildings is not allowed, however, alot of buildings have a special area in the building where smoking is allowed. This special are is called a reserved smoking area, or a designated smoking area.
"A designated smoking area" と "An area reserved for smoking" は同じ意味です。
喫煙はほとんどの建物で禁止されていますが、建物の中にタバコを吸うことを許された特別な場所があることが多いです。この特別な場所のことを "A designated smoking area" または "An area reserved for smoking" といいます。
「喫煙所」はsmoking areaと言います(*^_^*)
部屋になっているならsmoking roomと言っても良いでしょう。
でも、
喫煙所の場所を聞きたいのなら、
Where can I smoke?
「どこでタバコを吸えますか？」
と聞くことも出来ます。
