＊ take into consideration: 考慮する

Considering ○○も、「○○を考慮した上で、考えると」などの意味でよく使われます(^_^)

少し例を挙げますね♪
例）
Considering the number of people who want to take part in the event,
「イベントに参加希望している人の数を考慮した上で」
Considering the average temperature in the country,
「その国の平均気温を考慮した上で」

この後に、主語や動詞を伴った普通の文を主節として使うことが出来ます。
