「その時になったら」は英語で When the time comes と言います。それ以外ですと似た意味で when it happens （それが起こったら、そうなったら）とか when I have to （そうしなきゃいけなくなったら）
例：
What are you going to do if the plan doesn't go well? 計画がうまくいかなかったらどうするの？
I'll think about that when the time comes. （その時になったら考えるわ）
または
I'll think about it when it happens. （そうなったら考えるわ）
例：
Your children are still little but you need to think about their future.
（君の子供達はまだ小さいけど彼らの将来を考えないといけないよ）
I will think about that when I have to. （考えなきゃいけなくなったら考えるよ）

ーWhen that time comes, I will think about it.
「その時が来たら考えるよ」
when that time comes で「その時が来たら」と言えます。

「その時が来たら、考えるよ」
