廃棄するって英語でなんて言うの？

1.) to discard (廃棄する)　「廃棄する」は英語でいろいろな訳出がありますが、今回はto discardと訳せます。To discardは普通に「売れ残り」ものに関して使うことが多いです。
例えば、
The unsold items at the restaurant will be discarded. (飲食店で売れ残りを廃棄する)
