久しぶり：long time no see

例：
「5 年ぶりに」: after an interval of five years; (for the first time in five years)
「3 年ぶりに帰省する」: return home after three years' gap (複数の年数を”Years' ”で表します。
「私は 20 年ぶりにある友人に会った」：I met a friend (that) I had not seen for twenty years

「10年ぶり」は英語で「in 10 years」と言います。

また、「同窓会に行くことになり10年ぶりに会う人がたくさんいる」と言いたいなら、そうすると「I went to my school reunion and I saw a lot of people I hadn't seen in 10 years.」という風に言えます。
