ホームから落ちるって英語でなんて言うの？

スマホを見ていてホームから落ちる人がいる、と説明したいのですが、どう言えばいいですか？

「ホームから落ちる」は
fall off the platform
と言えます。
fall off で「〜から落ちる」
platform で「（駅の）プラットホーム・ホーム」

例：
There are people who fall off the platform at the train station looking at their smartphone.
「スマホを見ていて駅のホームから落ちる人がいる。」

I saw a guy who was so absorbed in his smartphone that he fell onto the train tracks from the platform. 
「スマホに夢中になっていて、ホームから線路に落ちた人を見た。」
be absorbed in で「〜に夢中になる・没頭する」
train tracks「線路」
