最初の言い方では、only allowed はしていいことじゃないですかと言う意味として使います。who are popular は目立つと言う意味として使いました。
二つ目の言い方は、クラスの人気者しかなれないことじゃないんですか？と言う意味として使います。
二つ目の言い方では、only open はしかなれないと言う意味として使いました。popular kids は人気者と言う意味として使います。
