例：「私はこの学校の英語の教師です。」
I'm an English teacher at this school.
I teach English at this school.
これが「私はこの学校の卒業生です。」になると of this school を使って下のように言います。

ですが graduate「卒業する」という動詞を使うなら from this school を使います。
I graduated from this school.
