単純に温かい食べ物で hot food と言っても良いと思います。
食べてる人は複数いると思うので there are people eating と
表現します。
ぶつかったらは if you bump into them で良いです。
この場合の them は複数の温かいものを食べてる人の事を指してます。
火傷する は to get burnt で they は また複数の人を指してるので
they'll get burnt と言う表現が良いです。
火傷するかもしれないで they could get burnt なども使えます。
