「3つ多いね。減らそうか」「2つ少ない(足りない)ね」って英語でなんて言うの？

ーYou have three too many. Why don't you put a few back.
「３つ多いね。いくつか戻そうか。」
three too many で「３つ多すぎた」＝「３つ余分・３つ余計」となります。

ーYou are two short. Let's count them carefully.
「2個足らないね。ちゃんと数えてみよう。」
short はものや数が不足している、不十分な

ーYou need two more. Let's count them again.
「あと２つ必要だね。もう一度数えてみよう。」
count で「数える」

３つ　- three〜〜
三つの卵　- three dogs

多い　- many, too many
多いすぎるの場合はtoo manyになります
少ない　- few, not enough
足りないの場合はnot enoughになります。

減らす　- reduce, lower
物を減らす時reduce the numberかlower itを使います。
減らそう　- lets reduce the number, lets lower it

多いねと言うよりは多すぎるねになりますが too many と言えると
思います。
少ないも少なすぎるねって感じですが too little と言った方がより
分かりやすいかもしれません。

減らそうか で let's take them away って表現を使うのがおすすめです。
引き算で take away と言いますので丁度良いと思います。
この場合の them はおはじきを指します。

「6個おはじきを置いて…少ないね。ちゃんと数えてみよう」
"Put down 6 counters... that's too little. Let's try counting them properly"
