全体が赤いのとおしりが黄色いりんごって英語でなんて言うの？

この場合は one が りんごを指してる事を言わないと分かりづらいと思うので どこかで apple と入れた方が良いですね。 全体が赤いは red all over でも良いですが completely red と表現するのも 有りです。 「右側にある全体が赤いりんごか左側にあるおしりが黄色いりんご」 "The apple on the right which is completely red or the apple on the left with the yellow bottom" おしりですが下の方を指すので top ではなく bottom だと思います。 おしりに見える上の部分と言う事でしたら top と言ってもOK。
